We had some house plans that we were very determined to use and we found a old flyer on a power pole that said “Raven Custom Homes” with some awesome looking custom houses. Come to find out it was an old flyer and they had an even better updated one! So we went in to the Selma office and right away we fell in love with just the regular office floor plan! We knew right away with a little pushing out of a few walls, it was the perfect plan for our American dream country custom home. We had people stopping by when they were building the house who said they have never seen such above and beyond work. Raven Custom Homes focused on detail with everything from the framing caulking the outer walls to help seal cold or hot air in your home (depending on the season), to the fine details in the kitchen upgrades, to awesome surround sound, alarm, security cameras, and lighting is phenomenal with the new LED lighting throughout the home (garage to the kitchen). They even worked in grading the house pad, as well as the septic and drilling of the well for us. One thing that sold us on the house was the upfront truth about hidden cost, upgrades, architectural draft of your plans, school fees and yes even PG&E, that other home builders didn’t want to tell; instead those others will just sell ya on the $98 a square foot plan. From the awesome team they have put together to help with lighting, flooring, raised bars, spice rack corbels to custom bathroom, showers, and tubs. Look no further for honesty, and a stress free process. Besides trying to decide what looks good with this tile and granite to wall and carpeting colors, they help take the edge off! Don’t stress on the construction part of it…things happen and with Raven there are site plan foreman and workers to jump in and straighten whatever comes your way! They want you happy and they stand behind their work: from the walk through, to touch ups, and awesome warranty. They include a year walk through, allowing time and letting the house settle.
